Mid market brands should create business cards, for every member of staff, and it will provide details such as the staff member’s name, the store name, address and phone and fax number etc. This can be given out when a customer has a query or you are doing anything for the customer, it makes the customer feel special as they have taken part of the store and it makes the customer feel like they have a relationship with the store. Instead of a phone number being scribbled on a piece of paper. This creates a memorable factor for the customer but also is a really cheap way to promote the store and the customer service provided by the staff. It may be successful for brands such as Kurt Geiger, Whistles, Topshop, M&S and Oasis.
