When grocery shopping and you pack your shopping into bags to then put back into the trolley. There usually isn’t enough room to fit all the bags back into the trolley without putting bags on top of each other. Squashing items you have purchased. Underneath the trolley there is room for a piece of metal to be added to the trolley, then extra shopping bags could be placed on the extra metal shelf.
